Epson printers are well-designed to support several types of paper-sheets. One type of paper you can use is envelopes. If you have a large collection of letter to send out, instead of writing addresses, type addresses on your computer and print them onto envelopes using it. In addition, printing text will look more visible, professional.
If you are in printing or posting business, or just another person who wants to wish happy birthday, you can use this printer. If this sounds familiar, you have found the right blog. As Epson Support will cover everything you needed, just read on the below steps, you’ll know what we mean.
Load envelops into the feeder/ paper tray. Make sure the printing side of an envelope faces up and that envelope should rest against the right paper guide.
Move the thickness lever on the side of your Epson printer to + position for handling thicker paper, if you have any.
Open the document you want to print or write the phrase you want to write, and then command the printer to print.
As you order the print, the print windows will appear on your desktop screen.
To modify the paper size or to view settings, click Properties in the print dialog box/ window.
From the drop-down menu, enter Envelope in the media type and the size of an envelope in the Page Size option drop-down menu.
Save your settings by clicking the Ok button and follow next steps to continue.
In the printer window, click Ok to start printing your envelope.
